1.1 I'm a first-time customer. How do I order?
Welcome to Italian Shoemakers! Placing an order with us is fast, simple, and completely secure.
Just find the items you want to order, check your size and color. Add it your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. You'll be taken to your shopping cart where you can check out by clicking the "Checkout" button if you’re ready to do it if you want to continue adding products to your shopping cart you can use the main menu to find it.
When you will be ready you can proceed to “Checkout” page, fill out with your name, email, and shipping information. You can continue with the order process by clicking on "Continue to shipping method".
After you place your order, you can check its status online by examining a confirmation email with tracking information upon the shipping of your order.
1.2 What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?
payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, and PayPal.
1.3 I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What happened?
If you reached the "Order Successful" page, but have not received an order confirmation email, one of the following may have occurred:
- Payment authorization: your order may be being reviewed for security purposes. In this case, an order confirmation will not be sent until it has been released by the fraud protection team. This typically takes less than 8 hours, but occasionally can take a day or more.
- The incorrect email entered: if the email address used to place the order was entered incorrectly, the order confirmation can't be delivered. Please reach out to us at email@example.com if you believe this is the case and we will get your account information updated.
2.1 What is your return policy?
Online purchases made through the Italianshoemakers.com are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. Past due order are valid for exchange or credit store.
2.2 How can I get a return label?

Store credits and the balance are non-refundable.
2.3 What happens if I refuse the package?
If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following: Original and return shipping charges Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
2.4 How do I return an item I received as a gift?
If the item was purchased on italianshoemakers.com you may contact our Customer Service department and they will issue a 'Store Credit' return authorization
2.5 What is your policy on damaged items?
If you receive a damaged or defective items, please notify us immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org described the damage and pictures. We will send you a return label. As soon as the item is received back a full refund will be issued.
3.1 What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charge is calculated at the time of purchase. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. We offer a flat rate of shipping for orders under $75.

3.3 Do you ship to an alternate address or a P.O. Box?
Yes, we ship to alternate addresses.
3.4 Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 2 to 3 business days, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 4 to 7 business days. Standard Ground Shipping is an estimated delivered time and is not guaranteed to be delivered within the 4 to 7 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date.
3.5 Can I track my package?
You can always track your package on the shipping company homepage. Your tracking number has been sent to you together with your invoice and shipment confirmation. In case you haven't received your track & trace number, please contact us at email@example.com, so we can inform you about your package status.
