Online purchases made through the Italianshoemakers.com are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. Online purchases exceeding 30 days can be exchanged for a gift card or store credit up to 60 days.

Standard Ground Shipping is an estimated delivered time and is not guaranteed to be delivered within the 4 to 7 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date.
